Market Loss Statement

When you enter an order on our system using your login profile to access wire pricing, we will place a hold on your credit card for 8% of your order.

Once you lock in on your order, you will receive an email confirmation itemizing the metals you have purchased and the dollar amount of your transaction.

This confirmation will include our wire instructions. Settlement is expected the day after you lock in on your trade and if your payment goes beyond two days you may incur finance and collection fees.

Once we receive your wire, the hold on your credit card will be released and we will forward tracking information to you so that you can monitor your delivery.

If you choose to do so, you may cancel your order or return it however you will be charged for any market movement against your transaction.

In the event that your metals are not delivered in the condition advertised, we will exchange them for you at no cost to you.

St. Joseph Partners Purchasing Terms

Thank you for your interest in precious metals and St. Joseph Partners!

We have six terms to our client agreement that we wanted you to be aware of and to make sure you agree to for the duration of our relationship.

Please take a moment to read these terms so that our expectations are aligned:

1. We have a $1,000 Order Minimum
2. At this time, we only deliver to U.S. addresses and we do not deliver to PO Boxes – physical addresses only
3. Signature will be required at the time of delivery
4. Payment methods are via wire transfer and ACH only
5. Market Loss Policy: You must enter a valid credit card when placing an order. This will be used to place a hold on your card in the amount of 8% of your order total. Once we receive payment from you via ACH or wire, the hold will be released. If you fail to send payment however, the hold will be converted into a charge on your card to cancel the trade.
6. You should expect to receive your order within two weeks
