Good evening, friends,

Are you ready to fast? Does it make you smile, (just a little bit?) that today, the small effort that you make is going to wreak havoc among the spiritual forces of darkness? And you are hardly doing anything!! Recall how the result of our self denial will undermine selfish pride, both in our own hearts as well as in the spiritual realm. Humble submission- “yes, Lord, Your will be done in me”- as Mary modeled for the world-  is more devastating than brute force.

In Matthew’s Gospel, Jesus sat down on the mountain and gave a sermon to the vast crowds gathered there, and He spoke of the heart of the Father vis a vis the law. For example, Jesus framed many topics as  “You’ve heard it is ‘this way,” but I tell you that it is ‘that way’.”  Then today, in the most studied gospel in the world (chapter 6), Jesus addresses prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. It’s hard for us to imagine people blowing trumpets to announce a big charitable donation or praying uberpiously on a street corner for the specific intention of being noticed. It’s equally hard to imagine people disfiguring their faces, holding their stomachs, and not doing basic hygiene so as to be admired for their fasting.

Apparently they did, and we certainly can imagine modern ways of drawing attention to ourselves. But the point is, what you do for God alone, gets noticed by Him and becomes your eternal treasure in heaven. By contrast, anything done to garner the admiration of others has already received its fleeting reward. The admiration is over and there is nothing left. But God’s pleasure in your small gift for him will last forever.

Please keep at the forefront of your fasting and prayers the restoration of America in every regard, as well as the supernatural protection for our military, police, and firefighters. So many of these valiant souls have been demoralized and demonized over the last few years. In addition, they have been forced to take the experimental covid injection, which is having a devastating effect, especially in our military. Let us pray over them as they were threatened with dishonorable discharge, no leave, and other pressures to force them to comply. The synergy of thousands of us fasting and praying for them surely will reach God’s heart.

6) For the Americans jailed after January 6th who were admitted to the Capitol building by the police, and who were not found to have destroyed any property at the capitol yet who have been held captive ever since on our own soil - That God's Spirit will move quickly to bring justice back to this land by freeing them while enlightening Americans how to bring God's justice back to our nation.

7) For young Megan who has an incurable liver condition @ Duke Hospital - Asking the Divine Physician for a complete healing.
