Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If any product we ship does not meet its advertised condition we will exchange the product for one of advertised quality. This right is limited to (3) three days from the date on which the customer receives their shipment. In order to receive a refund, return or exchange customers must first notify us at orders@stjosephpartners.com within (3) days of receiving your shipment and keep the items in their original packaging. You will be given a return shipment number and instructions as to where to send your return. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is paid for by the customer. When returning items, the customer must carefully package the product maintaining it in its condition at the time received by the customer and you are responsible for the cost or loss of items when return shipping. We reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
In addition to our guarantee we want you to be pleased with you purchase. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free email us at the above address and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. If a refund is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available.
Precious metals are not guaranteed. If the customer chooses to return their purchase, the customer will be required to pay for any market loss on returns. Market losses can occur from a decrease in value of the underlying metal’s spot price or the premium for the physical metal in the market. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of St. Joseph Partners.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we retain the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
