Below please find a link to a video replay of a recent service at Asbury University. This is the service that still has not finished and that started the amazing revival now spreading to other campuses around the nation.

It looks like the Spirit is once again choosing the young to lead us back to the Lord. God seems to get better partnership with the youth than He does with adults or clergy.

Perhaps today while fasting you can watch this 26-minute clip and discern what is the Holy Spirit so pleased with here … that we can imitate in our own lives?

The Chapel Service that Launched the Asbury Revival 2023

In full disclosure I expect to have dinner this evening as we celebrate my Dad’s leap year birthday … but I pledge to fast again tomorrow.

Not coincidentally the most studied Old Testament passage in the world today was Jonah and the story of Nineveh. How comforting it is that after Jonah absolutely knew the Lord had spoken to him and rebelled … the Lord still called Jonah a 2^nd time. 

And the key to just one person turning around an entire city perhaps the physical size of Los Angeles (It was three days walk from one end of Nineveh to the other) was:

“the people of Nineveh believed God; they proclaimed a fast.” – Jonah 3:5

They believed.

And then they fasted. 

Believe that even though satan hides from your eyes all of the good that is coming from your fast today, your fast is indeed changing history. Thank you for fasting with us - You will be glad you made the effort for all of eternity.

Why We Fast – Our Core Fasting Intentions

1) For the Holy Spirit to reign down upon America renewing our land as the Christian, capitalist meritocracy we were founded to be.

2) For the protection of our police, firefighters, military and their families from harm and that the Lord bless their courageous generosity on our behalf one hundredfold.

3) For the protection of the families who fast with us, and for God’s blessings of abundance upon them and that true to His word, we will be able to witness that He prospered us in famine.

5) For priests, ministers and all who aspire to lead others to the Lord, that the Holy Spirit will reign down upon them as at Pentecost filling them to overflowing with an understanding of what the Lord wants, courage and the desire to preach what He would have them preach and protection and strength from all evil that comes against them. 

6) For the Americans jailed after January 6th who were admitted to the Capitol building by the police, and who were not found to have destroyed any property at the capitol yet who have been held captive ever since on our own soil - That God's Spirit will move quickly to bring justice back to this land by freeing them while enlightening Americans how to bring God's justice back to our nation.

7) For young Megan who has an incurable liver condition @ Duke Hospital - Asking the Divine Physician for a complete healing.
